Third project meeting in Bristol

Posted by Tom Václavík

The third partner meeting, hosted by the Soil Association, took place in the vibrant Bristol which has gained national and international recognition for being one of the greenest cities in the UK.

Local and sustainable food being at the centre of community activities in Bristol, we decided to take a trip to The Canteen for lunch. In the famous Hamilton House community centre, The Canteen is proud of its Slow Food philosophy and commitment to local food. An exciting experience to start off the meeting with!

And of course, the highlight of the encounter was tasting the very creative and locally sourced dishes offered by the Pump House! A stunning dining experience that our taste-buds are not likely to forget anytime soon!
